Ingredients
- Tequila 9 Blanco (5 cl)
- Lime juice (1 cl)
- A pinch of sea salt
- Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit
- Ice cubes
Preparation
Fill a glass with ice cubes. Add tequila and lime juice to the glass. Top up with Pink Grapefruit. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.

Tequi Tonic
Ingredients
- Tequila 9 Blanco (5 cl)
- Thomas Henry Botanical Tonic (20 cl)
- Lime juice (1 cl)
- Cucumber & lemon (1 piece)
Preparation
Put ice cubes in the glass and cool it with the help of a bar spoon, then remove the excess water. Add the Tequila 9 Blanco. Add the tonic water as slowly as possible and close to the glass to avoid bursting the gas bubbles. For the garnish, use a peeler to cut strips of cucumber and tuck one or two into the glass. Remove a piece of lemon and put it in the glass, then use a peeler to remove a strip of lemon peel to flavor the glass.
